I met Matthias during his initial assignment as a freelancer for PUMA in 2019. At that time, we were facing the challenge to implement a cloud-based financial planning solution. As Matthias had strong background in finance processes as well as in Oracle solutions, PUMA appointed him as Project Manager in early 2020. Within his first 2 months, he was directing the project into the right channels. Due to an unexpected COVID-related break, the project was resumed in the summer of 2020 and the tool finally delivered in May 2021. Matthias always worked with a high level of initiative and commitment to realize the project in an overall difficult environment.
